IVI COMMUNICATIONS, INC. ANNOUNCES FIRST QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS Los Angeles, California, September 8, 2005. PR Newswire-First Call- IVI Communications, Inc. (OTC: IVCM) is pleased to announce its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2005. The Company reported total revenue of $777,836 for the quarter, an increase of $770,086 from the $7,750 reported for the same period in 2004. This includes operating results of IVCM subsidiaries Internet Business Consulting, Inc. (“IBC”), also known as IBC Wireless, and AppState.Net, LLC. Internet Business Consulting posted revenue for equipment sales of $569,449 and for consulting services of $19,126; Appstate.net posted revenue for Internet services of $40,111. In addition, IVCM booked consulting and management revenue of $142,450. The Company attributes the increase in revenue to well-advised acquisitions and to management services provided to Broadspot World Wide Wireless, Inc. (OTC: BWWW).
