Broadspot Worldwide Wireless Announces Acquisition of Spokane Washington Internet Access Provider
Los Angeles, CA, August 9, 2005 PR Newswire-First Call- Broadspot Worldwide Wireless, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: BWWW) announced today that the Company has acquired Perpetual Engineering, LLC, for an undisclosed amount of cash and stock. Perpetual is an Internet Service Provider operating primarily in the Eastern Washington Northern Idaho area.
The acquired ISP (Internet Service Provider) operations provide dialup, accelerated dial-up, DSL and Fixed Wireless Broadband Internet access to over 5,000 customers in the Inland Northwest market with annual revenues in excess of $800,000 and net profit (EBITDA) in excess of 15%.
